How to get started?

You must possess a South Carolina issued real estate license. This is obtained by completing the approved unit I 60 hour pre-license course, passing an exam, and then registering with the real estate commission underneath a broker-in-charge. There are many authorized schools to choose from and various schedules for your convenience, usually for 8 full days or 15 half days.
